IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATES & FAQ's

The health and safety of our guests is our top priority and our wedding will be abiding by all local restrictions and regulations. Here are some frequently asked questions below, or feel free to reach out to us at any point in time with any questions or concerns! If you cannot attend or are not comfortable attending, we completely understand and will be celebrating with you in spirit! If you can let us know as soon as possible, that would be much appreciated, as we are dealing with ever changing updates and regulations. Anyone that cannot attend the reception is more than welcome to join us at the church ceremony. We would love to see you there. THANK YOU VERY MUCH <3 <3 <3 DAN & ANTHONY
Question

How many guests will be attending the church ceremony and what health and safety protocols will be in place?

Answer

The church has a capacity of 800 people, and the maximum number of guests allowed for our ceremony is 200 people. Every other row will be blocked off, and each party of guests will be separated. Masks will be required for all guests in the church.

Question

How many guests will be attending the reception and what health and safety protocols will be in place?

Answer

The room we have booked at Verdi's typically accommodates up to 300 guests and we will only be having 50-100 guests (awaiting local regulation updates for final number). The tables will be socially distanced properly, families will be seated together, and there will be no more than 10 guests per table, with most tables having 8 or less (tables typically can accommodate 12 guests). There will be a required temperature check upon entering the venue, a mask is required when entering the venue and any time a guest leaves the room (to the restroom for example).

Question

How will cocktail hour work?

Answer

Our venue is still offering cocktail hour just a little bit differently. All food will be served by the venue staff who will be wearing masks and gloves. Guests will need to wear a mask while getting their food, but can remove it once seated at a cocktail table.

Question

Is dancing allowed?

Answer

Currently at our venue, socially distanced dancing is allowed. Guests should stay within their own party they are comfortable with and only dance if they are comfortable with it. The dance floor can typically accommodate 300 guests and we will only have 50-100 so there will be space to spread out. Masks will be at the guests discretion on the dance floor.

Question

How will dinner be served?

Answer

Dinner and dessert will be served as a seated, plated meal at your table.
