When is the wedding? Saturday, November 14, 2026 @ 3 o’clock PM Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors? Indoors. What time should I arrive? Please arrive at least 15–30 minutes early to allow time for seating. Doors will close at 3 PM, not reopening until after the ceremony. Is parking available at the venue? Yes, street parking is available at no cost.. Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Yes, the venue is fully accessible. If you need assistance, please let us know. What will happen after the wedding ceremony? A cocktail hour followed by the formal reception.
What is the dress code? Formal / Cocktail Attire Suggested Dress for Ladies: Please wear dark jewel tones like emerald green, sapphire blue, burgundy, and dark purple or a neutral color like gray, beige, tan, or shades of brown. Suggested Dress for Gentlemen: Please wear a black, gray, or navy suit/tuxedo. Are there colors we should avoid? Please avoid wearing red, spring colors, white, ivory, or anything that may resemble bridal attire.
Can I bring a plus-one? Due to limited seating, both the wedding ceremony and reception are closed to invited guests only. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be noted on your RSVP. Otherwise, no additional guests will be accommodated. Are children welcome? The wedding ceremony and reception are both adult-only, unless noted on your RSVP. How do I RSVP? Instructions will accompany the formal invitation. You can also RSVP by clicking on the RSVP tab on this website and following the instructions there.
Are hotel blocks available? Yes! We’ve reserved room blocks at nearby hotels. More details can be found on the Travel page. Where is the nearest airport? Orlando International Airport, Orlando, FL Is transportation provided? Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the wedding ceremony / reception.

Will there be dietary accommodations? Yes! Please note any allergies or dietary needs when you RSVP. Will alcohol be served? Yes. Beer and wine only.
Can I take photos during the ceremony? No. Our wedding ceremony will be an unplugged event where we want our guests to focus on the moment rather than screens. Can I take photos during the reception? Personal photos will be permitted; however, we ask that you refrain from video recording, live streaming, or posting on social media platforms. Will there be a wedding hashtag? Yes! Our hashtag will be shared with our guests on the wedding day.
