When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible, but for sure by September 7th as that is the last date our hotel wedding block will be held. This will also give us enough time to give a final head count to our caterer.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony by 3:30 in order to get everyone in their seats. This will ensure that the party for the rest of the night starts on time!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available on site and we are also offering a shuttle service from our hotel where many of our guests will be staying.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle has been reserved for your convenience through our hotel block at the Holiday Inn Express. The shuttle will be running both before the ceremony and at the end of the night after the reception. Everything is all in one place. Specific shuttle times will be posted as soon as they are available. Uber & Lyft are also available in the area if necessary.
