Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please kindly RSVP by October 11th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, you will be marked "not attending." This is because we must provide an accurate guest count to all of our vendors in a timely manner!

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The weather in the area is predicted to be around 55-60 degrees Fahrenheit. The ceremony will be held outside, unless it rains, in which case it will be moved to an indoor location. The cocktail hour will be partially outside with heaters and firepits, but we will also open up the reception area indoors. Please dress appropriately and to your comfort!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at the venue no later than 2:30 pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm! Use this time to find parking, find your seat, and get settled in! If you arrive after 2:50 pm, you may be asked to wait outside until after the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our evening. For the ladies: - Below-the-knee, midi or maxi dresses, or an elegant pantsuit - Any pattern or color other than white is welcome! For our gentlemen: - Suit or suit separates - Dress/khaki pants with a button-down - No jeans, but ties are optional!

Can I bring a guest/ date?
Answer
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate the people listed on your invitation. We cannot wait to celebrate this event with our closest family and friends!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that children are only invited if named on the invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. and Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited. Our only ask for the families whose children have been invited is that if your child is crying or upset during our ceremony to please take them outside to calm down. Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes! There is parking at the venue with a parking attendant, so they will help you find your way. There will also be golf cart transportation if needed!

Your presence is present enough, but for those who wish to contribute, please choose from our honeymoon registry on Zola!

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! Beer, wine, three specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages on us! Get ready to party and dance the night away!

Can I take photos?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture the moment for us. However, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you would like after the ceremony!
