Just a friendly reminder that our wedding falls on Mother's Day weekend, which is also Virginia Tech graduation. It would be a great idea to book your room as soon as you can.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of 20 rooms for the weekend at the Holiday Inn Tanglewood at a great discounted rate. The “cut-off date” for reserving rooms in the Room Block is 6:00 PM local time at Hotel on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. After the cut-off date, it is at Hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.
We also wanted to let you know that parking at the train station is limited. Please consider carpooling or using Uber/Lyft. Looking forward to seeing you there!
