If you are driving to the event, there is a gravel parking lot at the bottom of the hill. Located next to The Dancing Bean Coffee house. There will be a shuttle that will take you to the event area. Last Shuttle to the Dancing Bean Parking lot will take place at 10pm There will be a shuttle to and from the Tremont Lodge. First Pickup: At Tremont Lodge - 3pm Second Pickup: At Tremont Lodge - 3:30pm Shuttle will run through out the evening, to get you back to your hotel. Last Shuttle: To the Tremont Lodge - 10:15pm
There are ubers available within Townsend, but they are extremely limited. Ubers may be able to drop you off at the wedding venue, but it is highly unlikely you will be able to get one back. A shuttle will be provided from Tremont Lodge to the Dancing Bear Lodge before and after the Wedding.
Most restaurants & bars close at 10pm on weekends. Beer and wine stores will close at 9pm, we strongly encourage stocking up on what you want during the day.
