The deadline for RSVP’s has passed.
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for - whether it is yourself & your plus one, or the members of your family!
Although we love your children dearly, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers & space. This pertains to children of all ages including toddlers, kids, & teens, unless otherwise indicated on your invitation. Please refer to the "RSVP" tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down & enjoy the party with us!
Yes! The dress code is formal, black tie optional. We recommend suit & tie & mid to long dresses. No jeans or casual clothing (or white/off-white dresses for the ladies) please! Please also prepare for weather of about 73 degrees during the day and about 52 degrees after sunset.
The ceremony will be outdoors (but is also covered) & the reception will be tented. The tent for the reception will be heated accordingly.
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please! We are all family, so there is no bride or groom sides. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner). There will be a sign with all table numbers & guest's names at the entrance to the reception!
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:30 pm, so we recommend guests arrive between 3:00-3:15 so there is time to mingle & find a seat. If you happen to be late, you will need to wait until the ceremony is over or find a seat in the back where our photographer will not be affected. If that happens, you are still able to attend the reception so hang tight & we will see you at the reception. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! The venue is all on one level to accommodate any handicapped guests. There is a small hill going from the ceremony area to the reception tent, so please keep that in mind.
Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. Signs will be posted at the entrance of the venue & a parking attendant will direct you to the appropriate place.
We DO NOT want anyone drinking & driving. As such, the guests who will not be staying at the resort are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight & pick them up the next morning by 12:00 pm (noon). We recommend using rideshare apps (Lyft, Uber) for transportation if possible, as it can be hard to find drivers for rideshare apps in Laconia. If you plan on drinking & do not have a room in the resort, please try to have a DD!
