We met in March 2022 doing what we both enjoy, working out. Although I was eager to message him, I only had to wait two days for him to message me. Fast forward to November, I joined AJ in North Carolina for the Marine Corps Ball. Little did I know, he had a proposal planned with a surprise getaway while in North Carolina to hike a mountain (the tallest peak east of the Mississippi River). After a very long 6 mile hike, AJ got down on one knee at the summit in the cold and rain to propose. Today, we have started our family and can’t wait for what the future has in store for us!
