Yes!!! Please let us know your plans by August 31 2019. We have to have an offical head count by then. You can do it on this websites RSVP page which we prefer but if you have difficulty in doing so please reach out to either one of us whether it be call, text, or email. If you fail to RSVP and you decide to come anyway be sure you bring your own chair and a sandwich.
Convenient parking is available. There is a free parking lot directly across the street as well as free parking along the side streets.
We all love all the children in our lives, but aside from our ring bearer and flower girl, this will be an adult only event. We apologize for the inconvenience but we invite you to take the night off and Celebrate our special day with us.
In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those formaly invited. No surprise guest. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
Entry will be available to guest at 5 pm....cermony starting at 5:30. Entrance will be closed during ceremony until conclusion so being on time is highly suggested.
Cocktail attire will be appropriate
During cocktail hour there will be His & Her cocktails offered free of charge. Reception on 2nd floor will offer a consumption bar with several menu options free of charge until we reach our maximum amount. If & when this occurs it will turn into cash bar. Third floor is copper & kings bar & restaurant ALEX&NDER...it will be open to public. It is cash/card option only & separate from the wedding. Last call for wedding will be at 1030pm.
Cermony will take place under pavilion so in case of rain we will be protected. Reception inside.
There will be a buffet style dinner during reception. Tables numbers will be announced by dj when ready.
Uuuuhh Yesss of course we will have dancing! We have arranged for a professional dj that will help dance your butt off!
We are looking forward to all of the photos you take but we ask you to please be mindful during ceremony (especially if you are closer to the aisle) as we have hired a professional photographer to capture every moment.
To ensure reception space is used efficiently.... there will be table assignments. Signage with table numbers will be posted outside during cocktail hour.
