We kindly request guests to wear cocktail formal attire—sharp suits or dressy separates for gentlemen, and cocktail dresses or elegant evening attire for ladies. November evenings in Phoenix can be pleasantly cool, so we recommend bringing a stylish layer or wrap for added comfort. We look forward to celebrating with you in chic style on this special night!

As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted when you RSVP.

Yes, at the DoubleTree by Hilton - Paradise Valley under "Almasy & Baccini Wedding Room Block" Price $179 night + $30 resort fee

Parking? Transportation?

Answer

We will have a shuttle transportation service, on the day of the wedding, that will pick up guests from The DoubleTree by Hilton - Paradise Valley (The Room Block) and take them to the venue and back. So we can party the night away and you can get back safely. If you are planning on driving to the Venue, when you arrive there will be a Valet service, it will be complimentary when you mention "Almasy & Baccini Wedding".
