Coronado Island
This is where Anthony planned the proposal holds such a special place in our hearts. It is a beautiful beach island with tons to do :)
Belmont Park

San Diego Zoo
One of our fav places, be prepared to get your steps in this renowned zoo.
Liberty Public Market
A historic park with a delicious food market, another one of our fav places to go.
San Diego Zoo Safari Park
Different location than the SD zoo, this focuses more on the animals habitats and you can see animals in more wide open spaces.
Carlsbad Lagoon Recreation Area
Get place for water activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, etc
Moonlight Beach
For a relaxing beach day
San Diego Humane Society
For my animal lovers out there, San Diego is super dog friendly. The humane society has a program called ‘dog for a day’ where you can checkout a dog for a day and take them around the beautiful parks or beaches of San Diego to get them out of the shelter for a day. :) There are many humane societies around the SD area.
La Jolla Cove
La jolla cove is a gorgeous place that offers amazing views perfect for photos. It is near the downtown area of La Jolla, which offers many places to eat, stay, and shop.
Torrey Pines Gliderport
Another scenic place to watch the sunset or people watch as they take off on their gliders. Just an FYI parking does get pretty tricky here. Torrey pines also offers a great place for hikes and there is even a Torrey pines golf course if that is more your speed.
Gaslamp Quarter
For my nightlife people, gaslamp has a full street filled with cool speakeasy’s and bars that are open late night.
