Question

When should guests RSVP by?

Answer

To assist us in finalizing our wedding plans, we hope to hear from you by April 16th, 2026! If we do not receive an RSVP by then, we will have to mark your invite as "no". While we understand dates can be missed, all RSVPs must be accounted for by a certain date for our venue, catering, + total guest count. We hope you can be there!

What Dress Code should guests follow?

Answer

The venue calls for cocktail attire, and we'd love for our guests to dress up with us! Wear what makes you feel your absolute best and please keep in mind the wedding will be both indoors and outdoors, weather permitting. For Women, this would be a floor or midi length dress, or suit, no white please. For Men, this would be a traditional suit or tux, no jeans please.

Where will the Ceremony and Reception be held?

Answer

The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will all be held at Quirk Hotel Richmond at 201 W Broad Street in Richmond, Virginia.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Our Ceremony will start at 4:00pm prompt. We recommend guests arriving to Quirk Hotel Richmond by 3:30pm at the latest to find parking (if needed) and to have all guests seated for the Ceremony to start on time.

Where should guests park?

Answer

There is paid valet and paid lot parking nearby Quirk Hotel Richmond. Street parking is also available but is limited.

Can I take photos during the Ceremony or will it be cellphone-free?

Answer

We ask that all guests silence and/or turn their cellphones off during the Ceremony. Most importantly please refrain from taking ANY photos or videos during the Ceremony as we have professional photographer(s) doing what they do best and should not be interrupted. Thank you for understanding! Cellphones are welcome at Cocktail Hour and the Reception.

Can I bring a Guest or +1?

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue cannot accommodate additional guests outside of the predetermined +1 allocated in your received wedding invitation. Your invite will specify if the opportunity to bring a +1 is available!

Are children invited or can my child be a +1?

Answer

We absolutely love all the kiddos in our lives — however, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration with the exception of our dear nephews. We hope you understand!

What should I expect for Food & Beverage?

Answer

For Food, Passed Appetizers and Hors D'oeuvres will be served during Cocktail Hour; Specialty food stations will be available throughout the Reception. For Beverage, there will be a Specialty Cocktail available for 1 Hour only during Cocktail Hour and a Beer & Wine Bar throughout the Reception. Mocktails, soda, and water etc. will available as well. Drinks on us! However, as much fun as the evening gets, please drink responsibly and stay safe.

What if I have an allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer

Not a problem! Please let us know how we can best accommodate you during the RSVP process by emailing us at anthonywedding2026@gmail.com and it will be carefully considered when finalizing our Food & Beverage menu!

Question

If I’m staying at Quirk hotel and checking in on Saturday, 5/16/26 what should I do with luggage, etc. if my room is not ready?

Answer

Quirk Hotel standard check in is at 4:00pm; given the ceremony is also at 4:00pm, we recommend requesting an early check in on Saturday, making a weekend of it and check in on Friday, 5/15/26, OR have your luggage stored by the hotel; Quirk will safely hold luggage for guests while their room is being prepared.
