The airport you will fly into for the wedding is Barcelona - El Prat (BCN). PLEASE NOTE: It is EU Regulation that your U.S. passport be valid for at least 90 days beyond your intended date of departure. Please review your passport and apply for any renewals well ahead of time if this may be an issue. A tourist visa is not required for visits to Spain less than 90 days in duration. Please verify the latest travel information and requirements through travel.state.gov. If you plan on spending a few days in Barcelona (which we encourage!), we recommend staying in the city in the El Born area or the Gotic area (Gothic Quarter) leading up to or after the wedding. There are plenty of hotels and some unique Airbnbs to choose from. These are historic and lively areas with plenty to keep you entertained. If you're able to, we suggest making a trip of your time abroad leading up to or after our wedding events. Explore Barcelona, travel across Spain, or visit another city in Europe!

ACCOMMODATIONS
Our wedding venue is outside of Barcelona, about 1 1/2 hours driving. The closest major town is Figueres. We highly recommend all guests plan to stay within the area the night before and the night of the wedding for ease of travel to and from the event. We have reserved Hotel Mas Bosch 1526 for the nights of September 18th and 19th. Please email info@hotelmasbosch1526.com mentioning the Medinas/Jakubowski Wedding to reserve a room at a discounted rate. You can visit hotelmasbosch1526.com to view their room options. We will be providing transportation for all guests to and from the ceremony and venue on September 19th (Wedding Day) with pick up at Hotel Mas Bosch. Please refer to the Shuttle Schedule tab. NOTE: If you are not travelling by car and do not plan to take the provided transportation, we recommend taking the Fast train from the Barcelona-Sants station to Figueres-Vilafant. This ride has only one stop in Girona and takes approximately 55-65 minutes. Additional information is provided in the Transportation tab.
