To allow yourself time to find the venue, parking, walk around or check into the resort & find your seats, please arrive between 3:30-4:00 pm.
When you come into the resort, park towards the left side parking lot near the white & red half of the resort, enter the resort through the main doors & you’ll see access to the pool & outdoor areas to the left of the elevators. Our ceremony will be beyond the pool in the beachy area on the marina, you should see chairs set up. People and signage will be near the hotel doors to help guide you!
We love your little ones so much but this is a grown up event. If your child is allowed, they will be listed on the RSVP page with your name. If you & your partner have to bring your child, we ask that you take shifts to be with them in the resort’s room. Thank you for understanding.

At the entrance of the resort to your right you will see a big red pavilion next to a pond with a water fountain, it is a 5 minute walk from the ceremony, we will have people to guide you there after the ceremony! This is also where our cocktail hour will be held.
Yes, both will be outdoors, the pavilion provides a covered area but the ceremony will be outside uncovered.
Yes, to reserve a room at our room block discount (Anderson-Kyle block), you will have to stay at the resort for 2 nights minimum. Accommodation specifics are listed on the RSVP card.
We will be on the beach in October, the weather should be around 70-80 degrees. Beach Formal / Cocktail attire. Please do not wear white or cream colors, any other colors are perfect!
We will have some hors d’oeuvres served at cocktail hour & a wide range of buffet style food including pasta, seafood, chicken & fish with many sides as well.
Yes we will have an open bar with liquor, wine, beer & signature drinks.

YES. After the reception, we will be heading inside to keep the party going! There is a bar located inside the hotel that also has outdoor access to a fire pit, many lawn chairs on a beachy area close to the ceremony location which will be open until 12am. An extra two hours to let loose and have fun with the newlyweds!
We kindly ask that our ceremony is unplugged. Meaning we hired an amazing photographer to capture our union & would greatly appreciate not seeing cellphones in our professional photos. Photos and videos after our ceremony & at our reception are definitely encouraged.
