The agent must be in-house because the offsite agents that assist during off-hours (or when agents are all on the phone) do not have access to group blocks. Once on the phone with an in-house agent, you would mention the wedding group name. These agents can also offer upgrade rates if you want to book a suite or confirm a specific view. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to day of arrival or a fee of one night's room, plus tax and assessments will be charged. Does not apply to prepaid and nonrefundable reservations. In the event that a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed check out date as written in the hotel confirmation email at the time of check in, the hotel has the right to charge an early departure fee equal to one night stay. To avoid an early departure fee, guests must advise the Resort 24 hours prior to resulted checkout of any changes in planned length of stay. Overnight self-parking is $53 per day. Valet parking is $58 per day plus tax. Daily resort fee of $15 plus tax will be added to your room account. This entitles you to resort-wide wireless internet, fitness center access, two beach chairs, bottled water, in-room coffee, and local phone calls. The total shown for your online reservation includes this daily resort fee. At check-in, the hotel will place an authorization on your credit card for an amount equal to your guest room rate plus tax, plus an additional $100.00 USD in anticipated incidental charges for each night on your stay. It is recommended that credit cards are used at time of check-in rather than debit cards. Most debit cards will hold funds for up to 10 days after departure, depending on your financial institution's policy. Guests are not required to settle their account with the credit card used at time of check-in.
