How can I learn some of the line dances that will be playing during the reception?

Can I change into a different dress/outfit for the reception and dancing?

Answer

Absolutely! We want as many people on the floor who are willing, if changing into something more comfortable helps with that, by all means!

Are there any guest dress colors that are off limits or that you recommend?

Answer

In general, red, white, and black dresses are considered traditionally off limits for most wedding events, however we love fall and winter so shades of red such as burgundy or maroon are more than welcome, but we do ask that you refrain from wearing white. Our bridesmaids will be wearing olive green dresses. The color scheme for the wedding is largely pulled from warm fall colors. Don’t hesitate to ask me for advice if you are struggling with what to wear! At the end of the day we are just so excited to see you in whatever colors you arrive in.
