Both the reception and ceremony will be held indoors at Osage House in Cave Springs, Arkansas. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM, so we ask you to arrive with plenty of time to find seating.
Once formal invitations are sent, please RSVP online through our website by 8/1/2025. If you do not RSVP by this date, you will be marked as a "no".
For those staying at the DoubleTree, there is a shuttle available with a limited capacity of 10. For those driving, there will be parking available and the venue with the option to pick up your car the following morning. Please park in designated spots only. If you plan to drink, we strongly encourage using Uber or Lyft to get to and from the venue.
Yes, you are able to leave your car! The venue will be open from 9am to 11am the following morning to allow you to retrieve your vehicle.
We would love for our guests to use our wedding as an opportunity to get dressy with us! Our dress code is formal attire, meaning women should wear midi to maxi dresses or pantsuits, and men should wear suits. Our wedding will be a colorful and airy event, so if you're able to lean towards lighter colors, please do!
When you go to RSVP, any plus ones will be listed by name. If there is not a plus one specifically listed, we are unable to offer you one. We will be very close to capacity for the venue and unfortunately cannot accommodate any plus one requests. Thank you for your understanding!
Unless specifically listed on your RSVP, we are unable to accommodate for your children. We understand that this may make it difficult to attend, but due to our venue capacity restrictions, we only have space for children we have specifically accounted for.
Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow the photographer to capture the best photos possible. At the reception, you are welcome to take pictures on your phone. Feel free to post any photos on social media!
