We cannot wait to celebrate in beautiful Fredericksburg and gather everyone we love in one place. We’re so excited for this to feel like a relaxed Hill Country getaway filled with love, laughter, dancing, and bubbles. Our hope is that you'll make a weekend out of it - exploring wineries, enjoying great food, strolling Main Street, and soaking in all the charm that makes Fredericksburg special to us. Most of all, we cannot wait to celebrate this unforgettable season surrounded by our favorite people. Thank you for being a part of our story. We are counting down the days until September 12, 2026! CHEERS!
Somehow, our lives had been running in parallel for years without us ever actually meeting. In the early 2000s, our families shared friends, my older brother’s friends were Ellis’ friends, and we even attended the same church, where our handprints are still painted on the walls. We lived surrounded by the same people at the same time, but we were completely unaware of each other. Our paths split for a while when my family moved to Victoria, but fate stepped in when we both decided to attend Texas Tech years later. You might think this is when we finally met, but you’d be wrong. This is just an important detail for later. Fast forward a couple more years (and a global pandemic) to COVID quarantine. My dad and I saw that a good friend was in town, so we invited him over. He asked if he could bring a group of guys with him, and ironically, these boys attended the same college I did nine hours away. My mom casually mentioned that she remembered them from church when we were kids. I, on the other hand, did not remember any of them. They were known as “The Pierce Boys.” That weekend, we all hung out, and I was immediately intimidated by how cute I thought one of those guys was…so I did what any normal girl would do and ignored him for a year. Eventually, fate stepped in again. A pool day and a phone call I couldn’t ignore (obviously from that cute guy I was too nervous to talk to) changed everything. We spent every day together after that, and we’ve been chasing each other ever since. God had a good sense of humor and amazing timing. Thank you, Holiday Beach, and thank you, Texas Tech. You'll find the photo that proves it on our Gallery page.
