Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport

The closest airport to our wedding venue is the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. Travel from the airport to our venue by car is between 40-60 minutes. Note: We have noticed flights are MUCH cheaper (average of $400 difference) to arrive Wednesday compared to Thursday or Friday due to it being the holiday Labor Day weekend! Good excuse for longer weekend out West ;)

Since everything is so spread out in Montana, we highly recommend renting a car for you and your group! If you fly into Bozeman, the airport has a rental car service available. Turo is also an available option for rental cars- https://turo.com/

Yellowstone Valley Lodge, Ascend Hotel Collection

We would love to have as many guests as possible stay on property with us! A room block is available at the lodge Friday and Saturday for our guests. Most guests planning to stay at the lodge will need to stay at another nearby lodging option for Thursday night and move to the lodge on Friday. This is due to the lodge having another wedding on property Thursday night. We suggest the Fairfield Inn & Suites Livingston Yellowstone for our guests for Thursday night or any other hotel in town. Our room block expires at the first of July, so we ask for you to book your room as soon as you can! Ansley and the Pugh family has a big cabin from Wednesday to Sunday you are more than welcome to store your bags in and hang out in if needed if you arrive before check in time.
