The Indian Ceremony will begin at 4 PM in the Stained Glass Hall. Please plan to be seated in the hall before 4PM.
Parking lots are available and free all throughout the campus. Lot 3 is located closest to the ceremony locations and Lot 4 is located closest to the reception hall, but both are just a short walk apart. Signage is present when you enter the campus to direct you to the parking lots and buildings.
Semi-Formal. Tuxedos are welcome, but suits are perfectly fine as well. Semi-formal Indian attire is also welcome.
The reception dinner will be served buffet-style. If you have a food allergy, please let us know beforehand and we can let you know which dishes to avoid. You can also ask a staff member at the reception.
If you are staying at the Bolger Center hotel, the ceremonies and reception take place just a two minute walk away from the hotel. If you are staying at the Embassy Suites, unfortunately there is no provided transportation to the venue. The venue is located 3 miles away from the hotel. Please plan to drive or call a taxi/Uber.
The brunch on Sunday will be open from 9AM-12PM, with the buffet available until 11AM. You are welcome to come anytime during the period and stay as short or as long as you would like. Stop by to give us an opportunity to thank you for coming and say goodbye!
There will be a table set up outside the reception for gifts with a box for cards.
We are currently working with the Bolger Center to see if we can procure early check-in for our guests on Saturday, October 1st. We will keep you posted if that becomes available, but we will likely not know until the day before the event.
