What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes prior to the start to allow time for seating.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free parking is available for guests who choose to drive to the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have a block of rooms reserved at the Colonial Hotel in Gardner, MA. Please mention our wedding when booking to receive the discounted rate. Please visit the Travel section of our website for additional information.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Shuttles will be available from Colonial Hotel to the venue at specific times. Please see the Travel section of our website for more details.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We kindly request that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow our photographer to capture those special moments. You are welcome (and encouraged) to take photos during the reception.

Can I bring a date?

Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones beyond those listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies on your RSVP. The venue is able to accommodate all dietary restrictions. If you have further questions, please contact us directly.
