We love getting asked about our story and even more so because we get to take it back to when we first met in 5th grade. We quickly acquired mutual friends and didn’t lose sight of each other since. Our story involves spending our summers at St. Mary’s playing soccer, enjoying our mutual friends' birthday parties, Victor being a chambelan in my Quinceñera, experiencing death within the family (RIP Lucenda), and moving away for college. Then, reconnecting during each other’s college journeys, living the college struggle life together (Victor would drive across Wichita with very little gas to visit me and would still ask if I wanted ice cream before arriving), graduating with our dream careers (Go Shox!), to becoming dog parents (We love you Klaus!), and finally moving to our desired location where we hope to raise a family some day… Like the Spanish saying goes, “Lo que es para ti, esta”.
