One February evening Anny and Michael got invited to a friends game night. From that night forward, they would hangout as friends in groups and slowly begin to build a friendship together. Little did they know this was just the beginning. The summer to follow would be filled with games of volleyball, lake days, golfing, camping, sports games, and of course many loud laughs. Michael remembers a certain night at Gas Works in Seattle where they had an amazing conversation, talking about common interests, spiritual goals, and sharing stories. Michael couldn't wait to tell his best friend about this girl named Anny. One night we went out to a country bar with our friends. Anny distinctively remembers that Michael didn't know any country music but he recognized that she knew almost every song that was playing. So he asked her "You'll have to send my a playlist with your favorite songs...." SMOOTH. After months of getting to know one another and drawing closer together as friends, there was but one question to ask. One night after playing a game of volleyball, Michael asked Anny if she had some time to talk on the phone. AT THAT MOMENT, SHE KNEW!!! Michael complimented her on the great volleyball game she had played that night and that he always enjoys the time they spend together. He wondered though if she could ever see them being more than friends. Her response... "Michael Clark, I thought you'd never ask."
