Check-in is between 2:00 – 4:00 pm.
When you reach the front gate of the Oasis, go to the call box on the driver’s side of the car. Press the button and call the front desk. Tell them your name. They will buzz you into the Oasis. Bring a photo of your license plate if driving your own car. Drive straight to the check-in area and check in. You can then drive or walk to your condo.
If you are renting a car, you can shop at Trader Joes or Von’s on the way to the Oasis. Each of these stores is less than a mile from the Oasis. For those taking a taxi, have the driver stop at the market on the way to the Condo.
Most people will be congregating at Pool 3 or 5 or Steve and Annie’s unit.
Check-out time for the Oasis is 11 am. For those who are not leaving until later that day, you can keep your luggage up front at the Oasis check in area. The main pool (next to the check-in office) has a shower area as well. There will be some people that will be staying until Monday. Speak with them and you will probably be able to store your luggage with them until you need to leave for your flight.
For those attending the “final hurrah” we will be enjoying a Sunday brunch “Dutch Style” at Spencer’s restaurant. Brunch is scheduled from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at Spencer’s restaurant in downtown Palm Springs. We will all be taking Ubers to Spencer’s. Spencer's: 701 W Baristo Rd, Palm Springs, CA 92262
Please do not bring a wedding gift. This is an extra worry for you that you should not have to deal with this weekend. Please just have fun and do not worry about getting and bringing a gift with you to Palm Springs. In lieu of a wedding gift, we would appreciate a donation to offset the cost of the wedding.
