Yes! The rooms have already been covered for all the guests invited to the wedding on the night of the rehearsal dinner, August 20th, and the night of the wedding, August 21st. The couple will reach out to each wedding guest with specific details on your room later.

Everyone invited to the wedding is invited to the rehearsal dinner. The rehearsal dinner will be held at the wedding venue, Castell d'Emporda, the night before, August 20th.

All guests can check-in at 3:00 pm, August 20th. All guests must check out by 11:00 am on August 22nd.

Dinner will be provided on the night of the rehearsal dinner and ceremony. Breakfast will be provided by the hotel the morning of the wedding (21st) and the morning after the wedding (22nd).

Do I need a Visa? What is this new ETIAS all about?

As of now, the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) is not yet operational, and applications are not being accepted. The system is scheduled to become operational in mid-2025, starting six months after the implementation of the Entry/Exit System (EES). travel-europe.europa.eu Given that our trip to Barcelona is in August 2025, it's possible that ETIAS requirements will be in effect by then. It's advisable to monitor official updates regarding the ETIAS implementation timeline. What is "Costal Pre-Wedding Beach Time"?

Friends and family are welcome to join us for the three days leading up to the wedding as we relax on the beach in the charming town of Calella de Palafrugell, just 15 minutes from the venue. We will also be doing a boat excursion $95/person down the coast of the Mediterranean.
