Long Island Expressway L.I.E 495 (heading east) (I-495): LIE East to Exit 62 North - Nicholls Rd. towards Stony Brook - take to end (10 mi.). Turn right onto Route 25A going East. Drive (1.2 mi.) and turn left at Methodist Church/Apple Bank/Fire Dept. intersection onto Main Street. After traffic light bear left at the fork and turn right up the hill onto Bates Road. Drive to the left of and behind the wood shed and follow the long winding road and signs to Bates House. Northern State Parkway (heading east) East on Northern State until the end then continue on Route 347 (Nesconset Highway) until (Nicolls Road/Route 97) make left (heading North) Travel due north until the end of Nicolls Road. Make right at the end of Nicolls Road onto Route 25A going East. Drive (1.2 mi.) and turn left at Methodist Church/Apple Bank/Fire Dept. intersection onto Main Street. After traffic light bear left at the fork and turn right up the hill onto Bates Road. Drive to the left of and behind the wood shed and follow the long winding road and signs to Bates House.
We ask that you wear cocktail attire such as a midi dress, maxi dress or a suit and tie in any color. The ceremony will take place outside on grass so flats or wedge heels are suggested.

Free parking is available on-site at the venue. You may leave your car parked in the lot overnight if you are taking alternative transportation home.
There will be one shuttle service from the hotel to the wedding venue at 4:00 pm. Two shuttles back to the hotel will run beginning at 10:30 pm.
