Travel & Accom

✈️ Getting to Banff Fly into Calgary International Airport, then enjoy a scenic 1.5-hour drive to Banff. From the airport, you can rent a car (quite affordable) or take a shuttle. Banff is very walkable, and downtown parking can be limited. 🏔️ Accommodation Banff accommodations can be expensive, especially in peak season. We recommend booking early. We've listed some options bellow. For more budget-friendly options, consider Canmore — just 20 minutes from Banff with a wider range of pricing. 🌲⛺ Interested in camping? Reserve ASAP or join the notification list. We recommend Two Jack or Tunnel Mountain campgrounds. Note that temperature drop at night this time of year, but in general it's a lovely time of year! Visit parks Canada website and get on their availability notifications: https://parks.canada.ca/pn-np/ab/banff/activ/camping 🇺🇸 🇨🇦 Traveling from the U.S. U.S. citizens do not need a visa to visit Canada. A valid passport, passport card, or NEXUS card is required.
