Who would have thought that the curly-haired cheerleader and the too-smart-so-he-had-to-skip-a-grade-in-math basketball player would have met and admired each other from afar for four whole years? Luckily, a little thing called fate (or a cramped classroom in a closet) stepped in, and our relationship began to blossom and thrive in unexpected ways. We started as pen-pals and holiday-break buddies, evolved into a long-distance couple, and now we're ecstatic to become an always-and-forever family.
