Boston Logan is about 1 hour from Groton, MA and will have the most options for flights.

Manchester-Boston Regional Airport is about 30-40 minutes outside Groton, MA but will have more limited flight options.

Many companies have desks in the airport terminals or a nearby consolidated rental car center, accessible via a free shuttle bus.

The Fitchburg Commuter Line leaves from Boston and makes stops in Littleton and Ayer, MA.
