Welcome Party

7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Dress Code: Western Chic

Think elevated western attire. Cowboy boots, fringe, and hats are all welcome — paired with dresses/skirts for ladies and button downs/jackets for the gents. No ties needed. We’ll be outdoors on a riverside patio at sunset — layers are encouraged! Drinks and light bites will be provided. The wedding party will be joining following our rehearsal dinner. We can't wait to see you and let the celebrations begin!

Wedding

Dress Code: Formal

We're excited to see our family and friends dressed up with us, and are requesting formal dress code for the evening. For men, this means suits and ties, or dress pants with sportcoats. For women, long dresses or dressy jumpsuits are welcome. Color is encouraged! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place on a grassy area, so you may want to keep that in mind when choosing footwear. While the sun will be hot during the day, mountain evenings at elevation bring cooler temps, so a light shawl is a great idea if you run cold. Shuttles to the wedding venue will depart from the Steamboat Grand starting at 3:30pm to take you to the ceremony. First loop of return shuttles back to the Grand begin at 10pm if you prefer to head back early!

Recovery River Float

11:00 am

We will be reserving tubes ahead of time with Backdoor Sports for a recovery river float! We would love to see you there and will reserve tubes based on your RSVPs. Join us afterwards for a cold beer if your heart desires — we hate goodbyes!! We will send out the finer details of this depending on the water levels nature permits as the date approaches.
