I am Carsen's best friend and, as I like call myself, his lifelong source of inspiration. It is truly an honor to be part of such a meaningful moment for Carsen and Annika. While many of my favorite memories begin with the phrase "Carsen and I", one particular moment stands out more than most--the time we managed to crash a golf cart into a wooden fence. Carsen slammed his face into the windshield, and I was ejected from the cart entirely. Even now, I can vividly picture the look on his face as we sped away from the tee box, desperately trying to evade the course marshal. As humorous as those memories may be, they pale in comparison to the excitement I feel to celebrate these two and their special day.

I’m Carsen’s cousin! I am the tall one, a retired basketball player, and an avid golfer. Some of my favorite memories with Carsen (and Gerrit) are from the 200+ trick shot videos we made together — which are hopefully still living on an old iPad somewhere.

I am Carsen's younger cousin. Some of the best memories of my life are with Carsen. We used to always play sports together and swim at my pool during the Summer. Days would disappear because we would have so much fun together & I am so excited for his future with Annika. I think they are perfect for each other. Go Blue!

I’m Carsen’s brother-in-law. Makayla and I started dating in 2014 and got married in 2018—officially making Carsen and me brothers. One of my favorite memories with Carsen is the time we went shooting and, from just 15 yards away, neither of us could hit the target. We quickly agreed the gun must have been off (definitely not us). I’m so excited to celebrate these two and their big day!

Annika is engaged to my younger brother, Carsen, & will be my sister-in-law! When I first met Annika, I knew about an hour into meeting her, that she was the one for Carsen. They compliment each other so beautifully and I can't wait to watch their lives grow together! I loved being able to go with Annika to her first Michigan game at the Big House and take her to Glen Arbor! I also love watching her bond with my two sons <3
