For guests staying at the Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, traveling to the Ceremony will be a very short ride! The charter bus will arrive at the main lobby on Saturday morning at 11:20am to transport guests just down the road to the Wedding Pavilion.

On Saturday morning, guests staying at Disney's Beach Club Resort will wait at the main lobby for charter bus pickup at 10:45am to be transported to the Ceremony at the Wedding Pavilion. Keep in mind that the Reception takes place at this resort so no transportation will be needed for those guests.

The charter bus will pick up guests for transportation to the Ceremony at the pickup times for each respective resort (listed above). After the Ceremony, the bus will be available at the Wedding Pavilion for transportation to the main lobby of Disney's Beach Club Resort for the Reception at Ariel's. For early departure from the Reception back to respective Disney resorts, be available at the top of each hour (LAST early departure will be at 5:00pm). The event ends at 6:00pm and FINAL DEPARTURE will be at 6:30pm.
