Location: Wedding will be part-outdoors, part-indoors with large doors open during the event, weather permitting. We have food stations with individual plates & open seating for dinner. Headcount: Expecting ~100 guests & will update as we get closer. Vaccines: We kindly ask all guests who are eligible to be vaccinated to receive the vaccine in order to attend. We understand this may make it impossible for you to attend. Testing: we ask all guests to take a rapid test within 24hr of attending their first event of the weekend. Kids: The only kids at the event will be our nieces and nephews who are 5 years old or younger. As they cannot be vaccinated, we are doing everything we can to protect them. Masks: While we are not requiring masks at this time, we encourage guests to wear one if they want to! It's what the cool kids are doing. If local policy changes, we'll update you here.
While we love your children dearly, we are not planning on having children outside of our nieces and nephews at the wedding reception. We understand the weekend is a great opportunity for a family trip, so your kids are welcome to join the other festivities throughout the weekend. If you need assistance with childcare for the ceremony and reception, please feel free to reach out to us.
We want you to feel and look your best! We will be wearing formal dress and a tuxedo and we invite you to join us in wearing your favorite black tie optional outfits. However, we're inclined to tell all our guests just to "dress to express!" Be yourself. The most important thing to us is you having fun and feeling comfortable. But who doesn't love a good excuse to don your finest...we know we do!
The style of food at our reception will allow us to accommodate many food restrictions and requests. We've tried our best to be thoughtful about all the possibilities, as has our caterer. If you are particularly concerned, please reach out to us so we can communicate with our caterer.
There is limited parking at the ceremony/reception venue. We encourage you to use a ride share service for your transportation needs throughout the weekend. This will also ensure the safety of all our guests after the event!
We want our guests to have plenty of opportunities to get to know one another and create connections. We will have events planned on Friday night and Sunday morning. You can check out the events page on our website for more details!
Please RSVP by September 30. You can RSVP online through this site! You should see an RSVP tab above.
Guests can arrive between 4-4:30pm but please no later than 4:30pm as that is when our short ceremony will start.
At this time, we have limited the number of guests at our wedding out of precaution for COVID-19. Please only bring a date if you have "Guest" included on your invitation. We hope you understand, and we promise there will be lots of cool people there for you to talk to!
Drew and I are staying at the Art Hotel in downtown Denver, not too far from the wedding venue. We recommend looking at hotels near the venue (address is 95 S. Cherokee St.), in Downtown Denver or in Cherry Creek. However, please note nothing is too far away from the events of the weekend if you are in Denver proper. We're happy to assist you so please ask us!
We will not have transportation available as our guests are staying across the city and in no central location. We recommend using ride share services for your transportation needs throughout the weekend. To note, immediate family will have transportation to the ceremony as we will take photos ahead of time.
