They met on Hinge when Annie liked John's profile. John responded with a cheesy pickup line and Annie.....didn't respond. John then apologized for the embarrassing line and their fun convos started from there. They continued to message back and forth until their first date at The Snug on April 26th 2023. It went very well :) After about 10 months of dating John and Annie moved in together in early 2024 and adopted Franklin in May. After deciding Franklin needed a bigger backyard, they bought him their dream house in February 2025. John also had a trick up his sleeve and proposed to Annie in April at McKinley Park rose garden. And she said yes!
