Wedding Weekend Schedule Thursday, January 22 Welcome Party | 6:00 – 9:00 PM Long Bay Beach Resort – Pool Casual drinks, music, and sunset by the pool. Buffet-style dinner. Island casual attire. Friday, January 23 Wedding Day | 4:30 PM Long Bay Beach Resort – Lawn Ceremony, cocktails, dinner, and dancing until 11:00 PM. Dress Code: Sundress Chic (Island-elegant, no heavy suits) Saturday, January 24 Boat Day | 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM Aristocrat Catamarans at Soper's Hole Marina Explore BVI, lunch provided. Optional boat day - RSVP required. Bring swimsuits, sunscreen, hats. Travel Tips: • Arrive by Thursday afternoon • Airport 40 mins from Long Bay • Rent car or arrange taxi • Bring cash • Pack comfortable shoes, layers, sunscreen We can't wait to celebrate with you! We understand that attending a destination wedding is a significant commitment, and we truly value your presence above all else. While your love and support mean the world to us, we would much rather have you with us to celebrate than receive gifts
