FAQs

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and guest," then yes--just let us know when you RSVP! If not, we'd prefer it was just you.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome if your invitation specifies that your family is invited (or if your children are specifically listed in your Zola RSVP form). Please note that child care will not be provided at any of our wedding events, and alcohol will be served at all of our wedding events.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

"Upscale summer picnic," by which we mean sundresses, khakis, linen, blazers, summer suits, etc. There's no need to wear a full suit and tie, tuxedo, ball gown, or other overly formal attire. We want everyone to be comfortable yet festive. We also recommend bringing a shawl or light jacket, since most of the venue is outside and it can get chilly in the evening during early June. We also suggest wearing flats or sandals, as much of the venue is on grass. Note that there won't be a coat check or assigned seating.

Question

Is there a shuttle between the hotel and the venue?

Answer

We are unable to provide transportation between the hotel and venue. If you aren't driving, please plan in advance for your return transportation, as the venue is located in a rural area and uber is unlikely to be available when the wedding concludes. We recommend designating a sober driver or arranging for taxi transportation in advance.

Question

Is there public transportation between NYC and the wedding location?

Answer

Yes. You can take Greyhound's NYC to Mt. Laurel route (1.5 hours, ~$40 round trip), which originates in Manhattan's Port Authority Bus Station and disembarks right next to the Westin Hotel, where we have a room block. When riding Greyhound, we recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time and don't plan to take the last bus scheduled before the wedding. Greyhound sells timed tickets but often boards all ticket holders, regardless of ticket time. Also, as noted above, if you're traveling to our wedding without a car, we recommend that you plan ahead for your transportation to and from the event venue. Ubers will be available to take you from the hotel to the ceremony and reception, but will likely not be available to take you from the reception, which is located in a rural area, back to your hotel.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception locations have free parking on site.

Question

I don't see my name on the RSVP list, or I'm having trouble RSVPing.

Answer

If you have any problems submitting your RSVP, please call, text, or email Annie. She can be reached at 609-760-3318 or anne.tatreau@gmail.com.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

May 1, 2018.

Question

Will the after party have an open bar?

Answer

We're pumped to celebrate our wedding with a five-hour open bar at the reception. We'll continue the party at the Westin's Bar 555 beginning at 11pm with a cash bar--meaning guests will be responsible for paying for their own drinks.

Question
