Answer

We met when we were living in North Austin at a family owned martial arts studio. We were in the same adult kickboxing cardio class. Annie was about to move back home to DFW, so she gave everyone in the kickboxing class her (sales) business card to connect on social media. Sam called the work phone number on the business card to ask Annie out on a date. And, the rest is history...

"I think it was dinner and a movie, or just dinner, or just a movie. I can't remember. All I remember is whenever the movie date was - Sam didn't tell me that he doesn't usually watch the previews........so I thought I got stood up...when he was just arriving for the movie to actually start." -Annie "I don't remember...actually it was Genghis Grill on Thursday.
