We're Getting Married!

We met at our good friend Stephanie's St. Patrick's Day party in 2016, soon after Annie had moved back to the DC area from Delaware. Stephanie invited Annie, and also another friend who brought his roommate...Stew! Though he says he had hoped to stay home that day to play video games, fate clearly had other things in store. We quickly realized we worked for the same company and Annie immediately decided Stew would be her new work buddy! Over the next several months Annie would message Stewart constantly while he tried to get work done, ask him to have lunch in the cafeteria pretty much daily, and hit him up for rides to a metro stop closer to DC so she wouldn't have to ride it for as long. Soon after, we began to bond over shared interests such as cooking, oldies songs, and wine collecting (hoarding) and the rest is as they say, history. Stewart proposed to Annie surrounded by some of our closest friends while celebrating New Years in Zurich, Switzerland atop Mt. Pilatus outside of Lucerne. The day was met with about 20 hiccups including getting stranded at a gondola station to take us up the aforementioned mountain, but the moment was perfect, and the celebrations after were epic. We now live in our new home in DC with our silly dog Molly and can't wait to get this long awaited show on the road!
