Hello dear family and friends! We are excited to let you know, since getting engaged on May 15th, we have decided to get hitched on Saturday, August 22nd, 2020, exactly 3 years since our first date in Brooklyn. We will be married in the backyard of Annie’s parents’ home, in the company of a very small group of family and a few friends. The timing is complicated and challenging, but right for us. As much as this was an easy decision for us, we would be lying if we said it wasn't also difficult, knowing we wouldn't be able to be surrounded by all of our best friends and family on our special day. If there's anything that we've taken away from these past several months, it's how truly valuable all of our family and friends are to us, and most importantly, how much we value each other. We are disappointed not to be able to share this moment with all of our loved ones, but we have nothing but gratitude to have this moment together. Our hope and plan is that when the time is right, we will have a celebration/PARTY (all caps for emphasis). Until then, we are very excited to make this commitment to each other, to our love and our lives together. Thank you for being our friends. Your support of us and our union is so appreciated.
