The Wedding Website of Annie Kearley and Quan Vo
Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is garden party semi-formal. Yes, we know that can mean different things to different people, so think polished but relaxed, with a touch of springtime charm. No worries if you’re still unsure, we have some examples to help: - Maxi or midi dresses, jumpsuits, or two-piece outfits in spring colors or light patterns. - Dress pants, slacks, chinos, or khakis paired with a white, pastel, or subtly patterned long-sleeve button-down shirt. - Suit jackets or blazers are welcome, but not required. Since the ceremony will be held in the gardens surrounding the Thomas Center, please choose shoes that will be comfortable walking on grass and soft footing. Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable, beautiful, and joyful (and we know you will be!) If you’d like even more inspiration, we’ve put together a Pinterest board with outfit ideas and color suggestions: https://pin.it/33FqkTpYv

Question

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony will take place in the beautiful gardens surrounding the Thomas Center. North Central Florida winters are generally mild and pleasant, with daytime temperatures in the 60s-70s, and nighttime lows in the 40s-50s. That being said, we do occasionally get cold snaps, so if you’re traveling from out of town, we recommend monitoring the local forecast in order to pack accordingly. If you still have concerns about inclement weather, please feel free to bring whatever you need, whether it’s a blanket to stay cozy or a fan to keep you cool, to help you enjoy the day comfortably. Should it rain on this special day (because… Florida), don’t worry - we do have a plan to move the ceremony to a warm, dry indoor space.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We have a full, joy-filled day ahead, with our timeline carefully planned around the flow of events and the timing of sunset. That said, please plan to arrive between 4:00 and 4:20 PM so you have plenty of time to park, settle in, greet friends and acquaintances, or simply enjoy the atmosphere before our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm. We would be thrilled to have you there from the very first moment so you don’t miss a single memory we’ll make together.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be ample parking space just behind the Thomas Center for all our guests. If you or anyone in your party has limited mobility, please text Annie at (352) 231-3104 or Quan at (727) 421-7464 so we can provide additional accommodation and ensure you have the easiest possible access to the venue.

Question

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! We’re excited to provide our guests with plenty of food and drinks as a thank-you for helping us celebrate our union. Because of the buffet-style serving with a fixed Italian menu, we unfortunately cannot guarantee accommodations for all food allergies and dietary restrictions. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to Annie at (352) 231-3104 or Quan at (727) 421-7464 – we’ll gladly share more details and do our best to help within our caterer’s options.

Question

I took a beautiful picture at the wedding; can I post it on social media?

Answer

Absolutely! We’d love for you to share your favorite moments from our special day on social media. Our only request is that you also upload your photos and/or videos to our shared album so we can enjoy them too. You can do so at this link: https://photos.app.goo.gl/ifVNBSEvcBUGN9kUA

Question

How do I RSVP, and by when?

Answer

Please RSVP through the “RSVP” tab on our wedding website by December 1st, 2025. Your reply helps us plan accordingly to accommodate everyone and make the day as enjoyable as possible for all our guests. Any RSVP not received by that date will be marked as “not attending.” We truly hope to see you there, but if you arrive without RSVPing, we may not be able to guarantee you a seat.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would like to keep our celebration small and intimate, so unless your invitation includes a plus one AND you list them on your RSVP, we will be reserving the spot just for you. If your RSVP has a plus one, children are welcome to fill that spot. However, we kindly ask a parent or guardian to be with them at all times to ensure they remain safe considering the outdoor portions of our venue are open to the public.

Question
