Sweet story of love on the water! Mike met Annie when one of her girlfriends, Anessa, wanted to rent out a private boat for her birthday on a sunny day in July 2017 in Chicago. Little did anyone know this would be the beginning of Mike and Annie's love story. Over the last 4 years, their relationship has always been surrounded by water. Whether it be in Mexico on vacation with friends, boating in Lake Michigan, or in Marco Island with Annie's family, their love continued to grow. Fast forward to August 2021, Mike was going to take Annie out for a "day date" on the lake in Chicago and little did she know he was going to propose to her that afternoon. After he popped the question, he had planned all of their close friends to come out on other boats and tie up to celebrate the engagement!
