I've been unable to secure a room block at the Hyatt. The normal rate is less expensive than the Proximity. The hotel is recently renovated and is 1/2 mile to the party venue. This is a new hotel located downtown Greensboro with easy walking to local breweries, restaurants, and downtown shops.
