Things To Do in Santa Barbara

We moved to Santa Barbara because of it's beauty and all it has to offer. Here are a few of our favorite places: -Douglas Family Preserve - Take an easy stroll on the bluff trails. Sunset is a prime time to go but it's beautiful all day long. -Saturday morning Farmer's Market - Walk through our favorite market, grab an avocado, fresh fruit or bright flowers on the cross streets of State and Carrillo. Hours 8:30am-1:00pm. -Beaches- Go for a walk or take a dip at some of our favorite beaches: Leadbetter beach, East beach (least amount of rocks), Mesa Lane, Hendry's beach, or drive South 20 minutes to Rincon Beach. -Santa Barbara Maritime Museum: Explore the Maritime history of the Santa Barbara Channel. Learn about the origins of deep sea diving, the history of surfing, and how the natural landscape has evolved over the years. -Our Favorite Food: Monys Mexican Food, Third Window Brewing, Santa Barbara Public Market if you're indecisive, Sushi Go-Go for quick food at the harbor.
