When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP and advise if you will require a seat on the bus by January 30th, so we can have an accurate headcount.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 2.30pm. The ceremony will start at 3pm with the reception to follow.

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

We're excited to celebrate our special day with our loved ones! To ensure everyone can relax and enjoy the festivities, we kindly request that our wedding ceremony and reception be an adults-only affair. However, we do recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so please know they are welcome at the Friday welcome dinner and Sunday brunch! Please reach out if you have questions. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to share this joyous occasion with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We suggest staying in the Toowoomba CBD near the Burke and Wills Hotel OR close to the Hungry Jacks on Ruthven Street, if you plan to take the bus to and from the wedding, as the bus stops will be located in these areas.Please see the travel section of the website.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift, however if you still wish to give a gift, a contribution to our wishing well would be greatly appreciated.

Are the wedding ceremony and the reception at the same venue? Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue - Preston Peak Winery. There is plenty of free parking onsite and you may safely leave your cars overnight if need be.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We will be organising a bus from Toowoomba CBD via Ruthven street out to our venue. Please indicate whether you will require a seat on the bus upon RSVPing. There will be a limited number of seats so first in first seated. There is also the option for Taxis and Ubers.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. However, ee would love for you to take photos AFTER the ceremony has concluded. We also ask that you do not post any photos of the bride and groom on social media until they have has the chance to post first.
