Costume Kickball BBQ and U2 Coverband Extravaganza!

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Bring a costume for the kickball tournament BRIDE vs. GROOM. Which will be held in the field at the AYH. Then BBQ your potluck item over the open pit and listen to sweet tunes over a campfire!

This will be a potluck! Please bring food to share. Also, feel free to bring a favorite record for the open wheel of steel after the band, a silly costume for kickball, and/or a camp chair to sit by the fire. We will also have a bin of costumes and chairs for those of you traveling.

Wedding Day Shenanigans

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators.

The ceremony is at 5:00 PM, so be ready to go onsite by 4:30. The ceremony will be 30 -45 minutes and then drinks, food, dancing, live music, and DJ tunes commence! For those of you staying, we will be setting up things during the day and getting pretty for the event so you are free to tour the island and get aquatinted with Vashon. The whales are out so be sure to go to the lighthouse, or go to town for a killer lunch at Snapdragon or Ole Sol Mio pizza. Grab a pint at Camp Colvos if you are thirsty. We can't wait to host you here!

Brunch

8:00 am - 10:00 am

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

We will provide breakfast form those of you who stay over. Gabe will be on the grill making eggs and assorted potatoes. We will also provide coffee and pastries from Snap Dragon to warm you up!
