Flight

DCA, IAD or BWI

DCA is the closest airport to the weekend's festivities, about a 10 minute drive to Old Town Alexandria. IAD and BWI are a bit further (35-45 minute drive to Old Town), but might have more flight options. Ubers/Lyfts are always available in the area to take you to and from the airport.
