Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Osage Casino Tulsa is where we have 40 rooms blocked for our special day.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will be a shuttle provided for those needing a ride to and from Osage Casino Hotel. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are staying at the hotel and are riding on the shuttle. Let us know how many and the names of those needing a ride so we can make sure we arrange enough room for everyone that needs it.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There will be plenty of parking for those that are driving themselves. It is a paved, easy to walk parking lot with light for when the sun sets.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
ABSOLUTELY! We can’t express how much we love the kids in both our families and how excited we are that they too can share in on our special day! Just make sure to let us know they are coming as you send back your invitation and their names, so we can make sure they’re seated with you at a table. There will also be plenty of kids activities during the wedding as well, such as an activity table and games.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
One thing we wanted for our wedding guests was for everyone to feel comfortable! Come dressed like you would for any other wedding, but most of all make sure you are comfortable! There will be plenty of dances so make sure you bring your dancing shoes.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have made sure to account for most of those that would require or wish to bring their significant other. If you do have a plus one on your invitation, please make sure to write their name on the return portion of the invitation so we can make sure you are sitting together.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
August 24th, we will need a running count on who is needing a ride on the shuttle. However, September 1st will be the cutoff date for all invitations to be returned. This way we have plenty of time to guarantee we have all the final details in order to make sure all to have a wonderful night.
