Our Story
Annie and Cole first met in 2023. Cole had recently moved to Cleveland from Michigan for a new role at Cleveland Research, the same opportunity that had brought Annie to the city a few years earlier.
Although their jobs were similar, their paths rarely crossed at work. But fate had another thing in mind when realizing they lived in the same downtown Cleveland apartment building and had friend groups in common. They quickly became close friends, connecting over similar interests and shared values such as strong family ties and aligned goals for the future.
As they kept finding more and more excuses to spend time together outside the office, Cole eventually worked up the courage to ask Annie out.
Fast forward to when Cole proposed to Annie while celebrating his birthday together on Lake Erie. The surprise engagement was witnessed by both the bride and groom's families and closest friends secretly watching from the shore!
