The dress code is Formal! Reminder: this is an outdoor wedding! If you plan on wearing heels we recommend a block heel or heel protector to prevent sinking into the grass.
There is no guest parking at the wedding venue. Please plan to park at the Holiday Inn where we have coordinated shuttles for pick up and drop off. Reminder: Ubers and Lyfts are extremely limited in this area.
We have reserved room blocks at the below hotels. Transportation to and from the wedding has been reserved for all three hotels. To receive the discounted hotel rate, you can call the hotel and book under the Oswald-Barretta wedding by May 20, 2024. There is no guest parking at the wedding venue, and there are likely no Ubers or Lyfts available in the area. We have reserved shuttles for guests staying at the James Newbury, Holiday Inn, and Best Western. If you wish to drive home after the wedding or stay in a different hotel and/or Airbnb you can park at the Holiday Inn to catch the shuttle. Kindly let us know if this is your plan so we can ensure there is space on the shuttle. After the wedding, the shuttles will transport guests to the after party or back to their hotel. Transportation back to the hotel(s) will also be available for guests interested in attending the after party so that you do not need to worry about finding a ride!
