Should I rent a car?

We recommend skipping the rental car and using Uber or Lyft instead. The wedding events and hotel are all located in downtown Chicago, and rideshare services (Uber and Lyft) are an easy way to get around.

If I drive, where should I park for the reception?

Answer

Valet parking is available at the 71 E. Madison St. entrance of the Chicago Athletic Association. The closest self-parking option is the Grant Park North Garage. Guests may also find and reserve parking through SpotHero.

What is the welcome party dress code?

Our welcome party dress code is casual. We recommend wearing something comfortable and festive for drinks and celebration!

What is the reception dress code?

Answer

Our reception dress code is formal. For women, this means a long evening gown; for men, a suit and tie are appropriate.

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Our reception begins at 5:00 PM at the Chicago Athletic Association on the eighth floor. If you arrive a little early, feel free to stop by The Game Room, the hotel’s bar on the second floor, to grab a drink!
